WARRANTY POLICY - REFUND
** Exchange 1-1 for 2 for products that are ruffled (within 2 weeks from the date of purchase) ** 1 to 1 exchange for products that are damaged, torn, delivered in the wrong model, wrong size. The warranty period is 1 month from the date of purchase - it has not been washed, or treated with ruffles or feathers within 2 weeks if washed.
** In addition to the above criteria, Kimmie House is not responsible for return and exchange for dislikes, customers choosing the wrong size, no need to buy etc.
** Exchange fee: Customer pays for shipping / Kimmie House pays for shipping
NOTE: For pickup customers - only keep the goods within 3 days. 100% payment in advance if required to keep goods for more than 3 days. If the customer does not pay, the shop will discharge the goods
Customers have 2 weeks to exchange for any reason, the goods are exchanged, not used, exchanged 1-1 no refund
